Comes 1st of October (Thursday) is our once in a month event - Home Party! 8:30pm, Puchong Office. For this month, we are sharing about Career Testimonial. Come and check it out! You don't want to be stuck in a career like Mr Hello Kitty!

Light food will be available (buffet style). Also, we are celebrating friends who are born in October. For those who love to sing, come around 7:15pm for a Karaoke session. Please remember to bring along your favourite song vcd.

Well, this is the morning walk gang! We would like to welcome Jeffery Ho. This is his first walk with us! Lots of sweat! Stay Healthy, stay Happy!

Broga, Semenyih

There has been so many holidays in September 09. One of the many things that we did was, we went to Broga, Semenyih. What did we do there? See for yourself. We had steamboat!


The correct way is to use a chopstick and a bowl. Not a chopstick and a cup! Anyway, they are having fun.


It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it. Thanks for a team effort, everything work out all right. Someone prepare the 'barang-barang' which includes portable stove, food and drinks. Someone cook, take photo, arrange chairs, ...etc. Everyone eat, help to clean up and Stay Happy.

Morning Walk Fever

This is what happens when we catches a fever - Morning Walk Fever! Time: 6:30am. Location: Bukit Gasing. Mission: Go up, round and back. Shirt must be soaking wet! This time round, there were more of us. Who wants to join? Let me know. Cheers!


Apart from Jungle trekking, we also walked through a fantastic hanging bridge! It was fun, especially when someone is swaying it! We walked to and fro just for the fun of it! Be Happy, Stay Healthy.

As the saying goes, Early Bird Catches Warm Worms! We were at Bukit Kiara, TTDI at 6:45am! Guess what? We aren't the only one there. There are so many more people who had finished their morning walk and more like us, starting our morning walk. It was fun!


We decided to kick off with a less challenging walk on our first day morning walk. Sort of like a warm up. Well, we did sweat a little. Not too bad. What's next? Bukit Gasing! Wow!!! Wait and see.
